All ticket orders are subject to a fixed handling/booking fee. The handling/booking fee applies per order, not per ticket, and is displayed at checkout.

Ordered an item? 

We are working hard to get all items prepared – they will be delivered by Christmas. If you are still worried about the item being delivered please email for an update and tracking.

If you ordered an item online and it’s not arrived, please email and we will track the item for you.

If you ordered an item at an event please allow 30 days, if it was a personalised item, this may take longer.

If you have anything else outstanding please email –
