All ticket orders are subject to a fixed handling/booking fee. The handling/booking fee applies per order, not per ticket, and is displayed at checkout.
Ordered an item?
We are working hard to get all items prepared – they will be delivered by Christmas. If you are still worried about the item being delivered please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update and tracking.
If you ordered an item online and it’s not arrived, please email email@example.com and we will track the item for you.
If you ordered an item at an event please allow 30 days, if it was a personalised item, this may take longer.
