Luke Shaw of Man United said he wants Harry Kane and Declan Rice to become his teammates at Manchester United.
North Macedonia and United square off at Old Trafford on Monday in a Euro 2024 qualifying match, while the Red Devils are reportedly interested in signing Tottenham attacker Kane and West Ham midfielder Rice this summer.
“I’m not going to lie, but I would love for a couple of them to join me at United,” said Shaw, 27. “I am aware of their capabilities and I am speaking to them and praising United.”
On his social media profiles, Shaw posted pictures of himself with Kane, 29, and Rice, 24, with the hashtag “Carrington tour” while England was prepping at United’s Carrington training facility.
“If it was up to me, I would take bring them both to United without hesitation,” he laughed, “Hopefully they will enjoy the club and get used to it if they become my teammates.”
