When does the 2023–24 Premier League campaign actually begin?

On Saturday, August 15, 2023, is when the 2023–24 Premier League regular season is scheduled to begin. 

Due to the Winter World Cup, the 2022–23 season will end on Sunday, May 28, a day that is a bit later than normal. Because of this, 2022/2023 will conclude and 2023/2024 will begin in just 76 days, which is the quickest turnaround without the influence of Covid in Premier League history.
