Joshua Buatsi will make a comeback on May 6 in Birmingham after signing an exclusive multi-fight, multi-year contract with promotion company BOXXER.
Buatsi, who has been undefeated in 16 professional fights so far, and reached No. 1 in the WBA world rankings, is fighting for more title and championship honours.
Buatsi, a dynamic and exciting fighter in the ring, defeated fellow London light-heavyweight opponent Craig Richards in his most recent duel.
Buatsi is known for being a powerful puncher with an aggressive fighting style and hails from south London’s Croydon. He has triumphed behind the ropes in 13 of his 16 professional matches.
He defeated Latvian Ricards Bolotniks in a stunning final round, and has shared the ring with other strong international competitors including Croatian Marko Calic, Canadian Ryan Ford, and Mexican Marco Antonio Periban, who were unable to make it to the final bell against Buatsi.
Buatsi also defeated fellow Brit Liam Conroy to win the British light-heavyweight championship in 2019 and is just getting started in acquiring more prestigious titles.
